Self employed HVAC service residential (ST, CLOUD,)

We are a new construction residential Company based out of Pasco County Florida .
Looking for small service company or self employed service guy to handle our warranty work.
All the home are rentals so maintenance is handled by the builder\owner.
Some homes are zoned with honeywell controls , so must know your wiring.
I am looking for someone to be a team with us as we try to grow in the orlando area.
You will be paid your invoices weekly.
