Machine Operator 1 / Stacker Job Id 23-227 Job Type Full time Umatilla Day shift, 8 – 12 hours $17.
57, hourly rate What you’ll do Operate casers, stackers, and other related machinery.
Complete all bar code transactions accurately, assist in daily and weekly clean ups.
Operate high reach stand up forklifts.
Pull pallets of finished case goods and stack them in 6-high racks.
Give breaks to warehouse person.
Regular attendance required.
Must interact cordially with co-workers.
Active participation and support of the plant safety program is required.
Must be able to perform in a team environment.
Perform any other duties assigned.
Due to the significant amount of steps/stairs contained in our production facility, employees must have the ability to navigate steps/stairs in a safe manner What we’re looking for High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math.
Must be able to pass the Machine Operator 1 Assessment.
Prefer machine operation experience.
Food processing or manufacturing experience, forklift and barcoding systems experience helpful.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
to supply material to equipment.
Must be able to obtain an FNG Forklift Operator License and learn barcoding system.
