We are looking for the right fit to fill an opening for a Project Manager who oversees all aspects of a project, from bid acceptance to job closure.
Responsibilities include estimating, budgeting, material procurement, manpower coordination, project documentation, fiscal management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay Scale: $95,160 - $105,560 per year depending on experience + performance incentive plan
Job Duties:
Business development and customer service, including pursuing new opportunities and cultivating existing relationships
Accurate estimate development, successful project bidding, and effective negotiation
Fiscal management, encompassing timely billings, budget adherence, change order management, and profit maximization
Project documentation maintenance, including logs, correspondence, and notifications
Labor management, motivation of field supervision, and productivity problem identification
Oversight of direct reports, ensuring adherence to job descriptions and accuracy
Proper management of customer accounts
Additional tasks, as assigned, aligned with company values, safety standards, and policies
Required Qualifications:
Journeyman license
BICSI RCDD Certified
7 years of experience as General Foreman, Estimator, and/or Project Engineer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Electrical Apprentice Program graduate
