Extensive database maintenance using a PC.
Interaction with multiple production departments.
Prepares the production schedule.
Supports invoicing sheet development.
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain customer orders.
Edit/audit the bill of materials (BOM).
Production scheduling.
Material planning.
Support staff for Dealers.
Combines all skills to meet performance standards with minimal direct supervision Effectively manages time in order to meet deadlines and performance standards Uses basic math skills to process data and timekeeping Ability to focus and maintain accurate records Uses communication skills to effectively work with others in the workgroup Follows written procedures and exercises appropriate judgment and discretion.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Qualifications/Training: Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance Must be computer literate, must be able to effectively use Microsoft Office Business Suites including Excel/Access/Word.
Working independently in the absence of supervision Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
Phone systems, e-mail, and internet browsing skills required.
Ability to work in a courteous and professional manner with the public and employees.
Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform critical analysis desired Must be familiar with SAP system production environment Education/Experience: High School Diploma and/or GED.
3 years in a manufacturing/office environment with scheduling experience, Prior SAP experience preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
Required to handle and dispose of hazardous waste.
Ability to work in 105-degree heat for excess of ten (10) hours per day.
Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
