You will have two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other two double beds.
There are separate living, dining and kitchen areas.
Your unit will also have an attached mini suite consisting of a mini kitchen and a queen sleeper sofa.
If the privacy door is closed, this room could be used as a third bedroom.
Note: At the Star Island web site, https://www.

com/ , the Three Bedroom Villa is the unit I am renting.
The third “bedroom” is actually mini suite with a mini kitchen and a sleeper sofa, no bed.
Because there is no actual bed in the third “bedroom”, I believe the Three Bedroom Villa is better described as a two bedroom lock-off condo with a separate sitting room.
This is my personal reservation.
Once payment is made, I will transfer my reservation to your name.
Please include the name and address that will be on the guest confirmation letter.
That name and address must match a photo ID and credit card to be shown during check in.
A guest confirmation letter will be emailed to you.
When you check in at the Wyndham reservation desk you will need to show your guest reservation.
You must be at least 21 years old and you will need to provide a photo ID and a credit card.
A refundable $200 security deposit may be required.
There are no additional fees or taxes.
You will be invited to attend an information / sales presentation but you are under NO obligation to attend.
Full payment is due at the time of purchase using PayPal.
A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address.
PayPal protects both the buyer and the seller.
Once PayPal notifies me of payment, I will transfer the reservation to your name.
The reservation cannot be cancelled after it has been purchased.
This transaction is non-refundable.
About the seller:
My wife and I are retired school teachers.
We are renting vacation time that we will not use for our personal travel.
The rentals help cover a portion of our annual maintenance fees.
