The transfer of ownership for our timeshare allows the new owner to 1 full week per year for the cost of the yearly $1200 maintenance fee.
We're not selling it for a fee but instead we're offering it at no charge to the new owner because we live across country and our kids are grown, so no longer use it.
After 20+ years of use, we've more than been compensated for our original purchase price, and now, we'd just like to pass it along.
