Also, a 24 hour period is recommended between rentals to allow settling of airborne droplets and thorough disinfection I will block one day prior to each guests arrival to allow this period FOR NO CHARGE.
Finally, there is a large bottle of alcohol based hand sanitizer in the kitchen.
This is a 4 bedroom home set up as three bedrooms and a den.
It is a 2 bath vacation pool home that was the actual model three bedroom home for this community.
It has $20,000 worth of upgrades, custom decorating, custom furniture and custom built- in cabinets in every room.
It sleeps six and is perfect for a couple or family.
Lake Berkley is an upscale community that is well maintained, quiet and secure.
The pool is also custom with a spa area that was a Jacuzzi until underground leaking pipes made us shut it off leaving a very nice location to sit and relax in the pool.
Our other favorite spot is sitting in the lanai and looking out over the large pond and conservation area that backs up to the home.
This was a model home and is in an open, very desirable location.
The pool is private with only one neighbor, most pool homes have two or three neighbors.

We are twenty minutes from Disney, all the attractions, shopping, golf and dining.
You can even walk to a Super Wal-Mart! The upscale gated community is very well maintained and has a club house with exercise equipment, a separate large lake with a gazebo, child's play area, barbecue area and fishing (catch and release).
You are steps from a tennis court and basket ball court.
The home has high speed Wi-Fi, free telephone calling to all of US and Canada, and HD TV on a large flat screen TV in the great room.
