The community is not part of Disney but is touching Disney property in many locations so it is extremely close to the parks Our guests will be able to see fireworks at Disney each night from the lanai within the unit or right out the living room windows.

There is plenty to do for all ages and it would be easy to never leave the resort and stay active.
Many pools, hot tubs located throughout the community.
There are shuttles running free of charge within the community all day every day! Restaurants galore, exercise facilities, swimming, boating, jet skis, fishing, volleyball, miniature golf in multiple locations and multiple pools throughout the community to include “Typhon Lagoon” the communities own water park with huge lazy river.
Golf galore with multiple championship courses to include a true “Island green” and even a lit golf for evening play.
There is a
grocery store on premises “Publix” and many retailers, restaurants, bars and activities within the resort and right outside the resort within Kissimmee.
This community gets great reviews and we have never had any complaints from any of our guests.
