Welcome to our short-term townhouse rental in Kissimmee Florida! This townhouse is located in a gated community called BellaVida Resort that has many amenities - community heated pool, community hot tub, clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, movie theater w/24 hr.
notice of use, basketball court, sand volleyball, and a playground! Our townhouse is an end unit with it's own private entrance with a very short walk to the community amenities.

) Inside the townhouse you will find four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
One bedroom (queen size bed) is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom that has jack and jill door's for guests to also use that bathroom.
The rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor with two additional full bathrooms (another one being an ensuite).
You will also find on the first floor a living room, kitchen with a counter stool bar and a dining room table, along with a washer and dryer.
