931 sq feet with a king size bed in the master bedroom & one queen sleeper in the living room-this would accommodate four people; 6 people would fit comfortably however please bring airbeds or sleeping bags.
You can bring pets (up to 60 pounds in weight) for an additional non-refundable cleaning fee & a refundable deposit if no damages by the pet.
Service animals are free but damage deposit

Timeshare is centrally located & most ocean beaches are one to two hour drives.
Beach photo is of Clearwater Beach which is about a two hour drive from the timeshare.
Cocoa Beach is about a 90 minute drive.
