The master suite boasts a King bed with a sumptuous new 16” Euro-plush pillow top mattress and a vast en-suite bathroom with double vanity, oversized soaking tub,
oversized shower and screened toilet area.
The King Guest room has a similarly plush new mattress.
There is also another lovely bedroom with 2 twin beds.
All bedrooms have lake views, flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans.
Plus the kids can hang out in a cosy den with their own 42” flatscreenTV and a selection of board games.
The den also has a queen sofa bed.
The full size kitchen has beautiful granite worktops and is equipped with everything you might need for a quick snack to a gourmet meal.
The kitchen also has a handy breakfast bar.

The condo is fully air conditioned.
There is a separate laundry room in the condo with a washer & dryer so you can pack light for your stay.
The building is serviced by two elevators, and there is ample onsite parking.
A few minutes walk along the lake path you will find a large supermarket (Publix), drug store (Walgreens), shops and casual restaurants.

The main heated pool offers a multilevel deck, kids splash pool, Tiki Bar and resort-sized Jacuzzi tub.
There is also a landscaped trail around the lake for a quiet stroll or morning run.
