There are two enclosed porches (one with a bed) and a speakeasy, plus a half acre yard with a fenced 8 foot deep pool (but it's not heated so unless you're very cold tolerant, it won't be that warm yet).
It has very fast wifi and a Smart TV with my streaming apps.
I have a project on the property, it's far from the house and won't interfere.
I have a detached studio apartment where my onsite caretaker will live on the 1/2 acre grounds.
The house is across the street from an elementary school.
You will hear happy children playing during school hours.

It's about a half mile walk to charming downtown Eustis, with its many restaurants, bars, shops and the beautiful lakeside park.
The house is right by Lake Gracie which is a popular walk/jog route.
It's an hour to Orlando International and 50 minutes to Disney.
40 minutes to Wekiva Springs, 40 minutes to Sanford.
