Wanted rural land for Christian Retreat (Orlando)

Wanted, reasonably priced, rural land (probably in Florida but will consider other states as well) to build a Christian retreat for playing music, fishing, organic gardening and other events.
Can be vacant land or with home, would prefer some type of water, lake, river, etc.

but lake can be possibly added depending on the type of terrain.
