Wellness Workshop The Wellness Workshop is designed to equip attendees with the tools and knowledge necessary to prioritize their mental and physical health.
We believe that by promoting self-care and mental health awareness, we can make a profound impact on the well-being of our community members who are often facing significant challenges due to life-altering circumstances.
The workshop will include the following components: Please pre-register through Eventbrite & note that the drop-in fee is FREE.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up & settle in.
Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, water, and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable.
