I am a mature female who is clean, responsible and has always been a great homeowner, and tenant.
I'm looking for a long-term rental with a lot of space.
I will have a dog and a cat and have excellent credit and background.
I've both owned and rented before with no problem and always pay on time.
I'm looking for a whole home or guest home, no shares or room-mates.
I'm a non-smoker and this is a relocation so it has to be a good fit.
I am hoping for something under 1000 but can go to 1200 if the situation is good.
I will be there most of the time writing, though will also of course explore the local scenery.
