Looking for 2/2 house to purchase that hasn't been flipped (Orlando)

Might be a long shot, but if you're on the fence about selling your house, I'd be interested! I'm looking for a 2/2 or 3/2 for sale in the Orlando area, preferably South of the 408 and East of I-4.
Looking for something that might be outdated, or in need a little bit of work done, but livable (no flips, please).
I'll be making this my primary home to raise a family in, not something I'm interested in fixing up for short-term profit.
Already pre-approved for a conventional loan, so if you're interested, please let me know! Again, probably a long shot, but hey, what's the harm?
