Looking for: Warehouse to rent 3ksqft minimum (Mount Dora, Sorrento, Eustis, Tavares)

We own a specialized auto repair shop, no body work and are looking for a warehouse to rent that has at least 1 bathroom and 2 or more roll up doors.
Prefer stand alone building.
We have been having a hard time finding something because of zoning so please email if you have something coming up soon.
We are clean, have great landlord reference also.
