Looking for relatively new, preferably 1-story, block home within 100 miles of metro Orlando.
Prefer 3+ bedrooms, 2+ baths, and 2+ car garage between 1,500 and 3,200 sq ft.
Do not want a house with a pool, within a flood zone, or within a high hazard fire area.
Looking for bedrooms to be at least 10 ft by 12 ft for the smallest bedrooms and at least 13 ft by 14 ft for the larger bedrooms.
Prefer house that is not too close to neighbor’s house with private back yard and smaller front yard with low maintenance and trees that aren’t too close to house.
Would like a back porch or lania with nice view.
A front porch would be a plus.
Prefer white or light-colored walls, light to medium-colored tile or hardwood floors.
Would like zero or low HOA fees, fresh look to the kitchen that is not completely open to the living area.
Prefer larger size garage with a pull-down stair case.
