WE'RE A LANDLORD'S DREAM TENANTS! (Apopka)

We are looking for a rental house WITHOUT price gouging rent! We've been in one rental for seven years plus with rent payment on time, every time generating well over $135,000 in this time period.
Husband and wife, both seniors, active and fully employed, she is in education and I am in transportation administration after twenty plus years in communications and electronics.
No drugs, booze, tobacco usage or associated problems.
No arrests, wild parties, loud "music" or anything else which will embarrass you or violate HOA T/C's.
We've even performed minor repairs rather than bother the current owner anytime something goes wrong and represented the owner's interests at HOA meetings.
Yard work is OK.
We have two dogs.
Our current neighborhood is declining in quality.
Our preference is single floor and private ownership.
