Certified VPK Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment - Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles - Incorporate educational technology into lessons when appropriate - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments Experience: - Previous experience working with children in an educational setting - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to develop and implement curriculum based on educational standards - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Passion for educating and nurturing young minds We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
