This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
The starting pay rate is $12.
00 per hour.
This position is located onsite at our center: 1414 N Pine Hills Road, Orlando FL 32811.
The Toddler Teacher plans and implements curriculum, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children aged 2 years old.
You’ll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children.

What You’ll Do:
Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
Manage adherence to quality standards in accordance with the center’s vision and state and local requirements
Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
Maintain student records in accordance with established enrollment procedures and guidelines
Supervise children and manage a well-ordered classroom environment that ensures safety, cleanliness, and wellbeing
Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and school functions
Assist in providing an appropriate educational atmosphere that creates a positive learning experience, encourages student participation, and promotes the development of positive self-esteem and confidence
Encourage children to develop a community-spirited classroom through sharing, caring and self-regulation
Provide a well-balanced schedule of activities including learning, playing, diapering, eating, and napping
What We Need From You:
High school Diploma or degree in Early Education or elated field of study required
FL DCF 45 hours, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
