Before Care Worker

Duties - Provide care and support to school-aged children in a compassionate and nurturing manner.
- Supervising a group of 12-20 children before school.
- Enforcing rules and guidelines in the cafeteria.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate any concerns or observations to the appropriate individuals.
```Qualifications``` - Experience working with children, such as classroom management, or early childhood education.
- Knowledge of childhood development and educational principles.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with children of different ages and backgrounds.
- Understanding of special education needs and strategies for supporting children with diverse abilities.
- Familiarity with counseling principles is beneficial.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other caregivers, parents, and professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
