Job Summary:
The Enrichment Specialist will support student mastery of core content standards by providing high quality and engaging STEAM project-based lessons.
There will be three types of Enrichment Specialists:
Arts (performing arts)
Math
Science/Technology
These positions will be traveling positions providing a full day of area related activities to different campuses each day.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing lesson plans/curriculum for Summer Learning Camp in related specialty.
Provide direct & partnered innovative instruction to groups of 12-18 students.
Attend mandatory pre-summer professional development.
Assist in the coordination of related summer field trips.
Deliver high energy/high engagement learning activities to students.
Ensure all outcome goals are on track to be met, including academic outcomes and social-emotional skill development outcomes.
Assist with classroom management of students.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Training:
Bachelors Degree and Florida Teacher Certification Preferred
Associate Degree or equivalent college credits with additional experience can be substituted.
Minimum Experience:
3 Years experience working with students with and without disabilities in a K-5th grade classroom.
Demonstrated success in providing high engagement/high energy project base activities correlated with academic standards.
Experience developing lesson plans that meet objectives above.
Demonstrated track record of ensuring student progress and success.
