*Job Responsibilities:*
* Complete the necessary teacher training sessions before your first class.
* Arrive 15 minutes early, stay organized, and show respect to school staff, parents, and children.
* Oversee classroom instruction, ensuring children learn problem-solving, safe building, collaboration with partners, and have fun.
* Safely operate and instruct all building activities, manage child sign-ins and pick-ups, handle site logistics (snacks, inventory, supplies, schedules), and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
* Keep close communication with the Area Manager, provide regular updates, and serve as a positive role model for children.
* Account for all equipment after each class and ensure it is cleaned before the next session.
*Required Qualification & Experience:*
* MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
* Experience working with children 5-12 years old
* Provide a safe, nurturing, welcoming, FUN learning environment
* Plan, lead, and participate in program activities / workshops / classes / parties
* Committed to providing quality experiences for children and families
* Lead groups of children, capture their attention, and focus on activities
* Outgoing, cheerful, energetic communication patterns
* Work flexible hours and programs

* Maintain confidentiality of families, children, staff, and proprietary curriculum
