*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team.
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students.
You will develop and implement lesson plans, provide individualized instruction, and assess student progress.

*What You'll Do:*
* Craft engaging and comprehensive ELA curriculums aligned with state and national standards, fostering a love for literature, writing, and critical thinking.
* Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment where students actively participate in discussions, explore diverse texts, and hone their communication skills.
* Tailor instruction to cater to individual needs and learning styles, ensuring every student thrives.
* Develop and deliver effective assessments to measure student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, and school leaders to promote student success and foster positive relationships.
* Continuously develop your professional skills through workshops, conferences, and self-directed learning to stay at the forefront of effective ELA instruction.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid Florida State Teaching Certification.
* Experience in developing and implementing effective ELA curriculum.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Education or a relevant field.
* Experience teaching middle school ELA.
* Proficiency in integrating technology to enhance learning.
* Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive classroom environment.
