We are currently expanding our team and seeking a talented individual to join us as a Real Estate and Data Analyst.
*Responsibilities:*
· Support the acquisitions team in identifying prospective properties and managing the corporate real estate portfolio.
· Track key portfolio details and provide market analysis to facilitate decision-making.
· Interpret data, conduct analysis using statistical techniques, and develop actionable insights.
· Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.
· Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
· Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of subcontractors.
· Measure the company’s performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Continually identify and propose solutions for issues, both inward and outward facing.
· Assist in financial projections and cost estimations.
· Analyze new markets and diversification opportunities.
*Requirements:*
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
· 2+ years of experience in corporate real estate or data analysis.
· Strong proficiency in database management, statistical techniques, and reporting packages (e.
g.
, SQL, Excel, SPSS).
· Programming knowledge with the ability to optimize or automate tasks.
· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Business Analyst skill set including Real Estate Market analysis and optional Data Science experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.
