Experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at MCM.
As a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating, processing, and closing reverse mortgage loans for our clients.
Responsibilities: * Originate and process reverse mortgage loans * Work with clients to determine their financial needs and offer appropriate solutions * Assist clients in completing loan applications and all necessary paperwork * Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility * Manage pipeline of loans and ensure timely processing and closing * Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer * Strong knowledge of Reverse Mortgage underwriting guidelines and regulations * Ability to manage a pipeline of loans and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Familiarity with mortgage industry software and technology Job Type: Part-time Pay: $65,000.
